Driver CPC Periodic Training

Do you need the Driver CPC qualification?

driver-cpc-courses-join-nowIf you want to drive a goods vehicle over 3.5 tonnes or a passenger vehicle with more than eight seats professionally you need a Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).

If you passed your car test before January 1997 then you have acquired rights to the Initial Driver CPC qualification. But you are required to undertake 35hrs Approved Driver CPC training every five years to maintain your qualification. New LGV or PCV drivers need to successfully complete Modules 2 & 4 with DVSA and then undertake 35hrs Approved Driver CPC training every five years to maintain their qualification.

Why take your Driver CPC training with us?

workhouseIf you have already attended Driver CPC training sessions with other providers, you may have experienced a lack of interaction, with the trainer reading from a very rambling PowerPoint presentation. Pride’s training material is up to date, not just the content but in the way it gets the message across. That’s why premier logistics operators like XPO, Clipper Logistics, Sawyers Transport, NI and Samworth Brothers use our material.

Pride Consortium trainers are trained to quickly establish the class’s needs and adjust the training session to meet that need. By using humour, team spirit, competition and open debate, they ensure that the aim of each session is met.

Delegates’ experience is acknowledged, knowledge is shared, and they are treated as Professionals. Each training session will encourage you to continue to develop your skills in the ever-changing world of transport.
You will find that Pride thinks outside the box - We are different!
